Poulet au Thym – chicken with thyme

4 maize-fed chicken breasts
bunch of fresh thyme
8–12 slices of bacon
salt and pepper

Crush the thyme leaves into a mortar. Season the maize-fed corn breasts with salt and pepper. Rub thyme all over the chicken breasts. Wrap the chicken breasts in bacon slices and tie into packages with a string of cotton. Place the packages into an oven dish and cook them in an oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. Serve with ratatouille.
