King prawn tail skewers

King prawn tails (3-4 per skewer)
Lime and lemon segments

Marinade
½ dl lime juice
1½ dl grape seed oil
2 tbsp Chinese sweet and sour sauce
Santa Maria Wasabi & Sesame spice mixture

Mix the marinade ingredients. Marinade the defrosted king prawn tails for two hours. Put the marinated king prawn tails on skewers, 3-4 king prawn tails with shells on each skewer with large lime and lemon pieces on both ends of the skewers. Grill the skewers for a few minutes on both sides until the shell changes colour. Make a test cut to see that the tail under its shell is cooked. Brush the skewers with marinade during grilling.
