½ cabbage lettuce head
1 box of sunflower or white lupin shoots
avocado
approx. 300 g fresh pineapple
1 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp olive oil
Shred the lettuce leaves into well-sized chunks, detach the shoots. Peel and dice the avocado and pineapple. Put all ingredients on a salad plate and pour the dressing over them. Serve with the giant shrimp skewers.
