Cabbage salad

400 g red cabbage
400 g Savoy cabbage
3 litres boiling water, mildly salted
1½ dl crushed walnuts
1 dl raisins
1 red onion
1 apple

Dressing
½ dl grape juice extract
1 dl walnut oil
salt and black pepper

Cut the cabbages into thin strips with a knife, cheese slicer or food processor. Place the strips in a colander and pour the boiling water over them. Let all the water drain off.

Mix in the crushed nuts and raisins, thinly slices apple and onion and pour the dressing over.
