600 g beaf
100 g onions
0,3 l oil
10 g Thaiphoon
10 g Mama Africa I' m a bar-b girl spice
20 g Holey smoke
10 g ceamy curry
200 g spicy durban curry
50 g apricot and coriander
Make a marinade of oil, onion, apricot and coriander. Marinate the beef at least for an hour. Cook the meat in the marinade till it is tender enough. Take out the meat and keep warm. Make sauce from the remaining spices, then add the beef, cover and lower the heat.
