How to become a Loyal Customer?
All our sales assistants are ready to answer all your questions regarding the Stockmann Loyal Customer program.
Fill in an application form either at a cash register or at the Customer Service Department in Moscow or at the Infodesk in St:Petersburg. Stockmann-Citi Credit Card applications are only processed in Moscow.
The Stockmann-Citi Credit Card
The Stockmann-Citi Credit Card applications are handed in to the Customer Service department in Moscow. These cards are not handled straight away, but you will get a temporary card with which you can enjoy the common Loyal Customer benefits straight away. The –10% discount will apply only when the credit card application is approved.
The Stockmann Loyal Customer Cash Card
You will get the Loyal Customer Cash Card with you straight away. It costs you 150 roubles and can be opened in the Customer Service Department. The 150 roubles is a one-time fee only. If you lose the card, you will get a new one from the Customer Service Department upon presenting documentation of your identity. Documentation of identity has to be shown also when opening the card.
Before each purchase at Stockmann, both abroad and in Russia, remember to show you Loyal Customer Card in order to remain active and to receive all possible benefits specially made for you!
