Ice cream truffle
Serves four1 litre vanilla ice-cream
chocolate biscuits
dark chocolate
acacia honey
fresh strawberries
Crush biscuits and dark chocolate. Cut ice-cream into eight parts and roll them in the mixture of crushed biscuits and chocolate. Divide among four plates and serve with strawberry puree flavoured with acacia honey.
