Terms of delivery
Orders will be delivered to the recipients at the time and way agreed upon. Place your order by e-mail or letter or telephone Stockmann's Delicatessen's gift service (open Mon-Fri 9-15), phone numbers (09) 121 3481 and (09) 121 3456.
Prices
The prices are valid as long as stock remains. For reasons beyond Stockmann's control, a product may have to be replaced by another of comparable quality and price. The prices include 17% VAT.
Wine
Stockmann's or Alko's corporate customers can authorise Stockmann to add to the gift a bottle of wine from Alko's selectiosn without an extra charge. Fill in the authorisation and send it by fax to Stockmann's Delicatessen's gift service. The wine is invoiced by Alko. Please mention when placing the order that you are also ordering wine.

Mode of delivery
Mode of delivery is agreed upon when the order is placed. The delviery charges depend on selected mode of delivery.
Time of delivery
2 working days or according to agreement.
Complaints
Any complaint to be made within 8 days.
Invoicing
Invoicing through Stockmann account or credit card.
Cancellations and alterations
Orders may be canceleld or amended within 2 workign days from order confirmation.
